Renata earns 'AAA' credit rating, Republic Insurance 'AA-'

Renata Ltd and Republic Insurance Company Ltd have completed their respective credit rating results.

The Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) confirmed the information on its website on Tuesday.

Alpha Credit Rating Ltd (AlphaRating) has rated Renata as 'AAA' in the long term and 'ST-1' in the short term along with a stable outlook based on audited financial statements up to June 30, 2019, and relevant qualitative information up to August 23, 2020.

On the other hand, Republic Insurance has been rated as 'AA-' in the long term and 'ST-2' in the short term along with a stable outlook based on audited financial statements of the company as of December 31, 2019, and relevant qualitative information till August 23, 2020.
