3 companies to go to spot market Tuesday

Trading of the shares of SS Steel Ltd, Premier Leasing & Finance Ltd and GSP Finance Ltd will be allowed in the spot market from Tuesday.

Block transactions for the shares of SS Steel will be settled as per spot settlement cycle on August 1 and August 2. Trading of the shares of the company will remain suspended due to record date on August 3 for extraordinary general meeting (EGM).

Premier Leasing shares’ block transactions will be settled as per spot settlement cycle from August 1 to August 13. Trading of the shares of the company will remain suspended on record date August 14.

On the other hand, block transactions for the shares of GSP Finance will be settled as per spot settlement cycle with cum benefit on August 1 and August 2. Trading of the shares of the company will remain suspended on record date August 3.
