Associated Oxygen IPO subscription begins Sept 10

The initial public offering (IPO) subscription of Associated Oxygen Ltd will begin on September 10.

The IPO subscription for shares of the company will continue until September 16, through an electronic subscription system under the fixed price method.

The information was confirmed on the website of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE).

Each Eligible Investor (EI) who intends to submit application shall maintain a minimum investment of one crore taka only at market price in listed securities as on September 2 (day-end) as per the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (Public Issue) Rules, 2015.

Participating EIs will be required to pay full subscription amount (100%) and subscription fee 3,000 taka through the City Bank Ltd. The account name is -- Dhaka Stock Exchange Limited and account no. 121063938001.
