Omera Gas One Ltd has signed agreements with three state-run petroleum companies to let them sell its LPG (autogas) as part of business expansion.
The three companies are — Padma Oil Company Ltd, Meghna Petroleum Ltd and Jamuna Oil Company Ltd.
The Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) confirmed the information on its website Sunday.
As per the agreements, the three petroleum companies will sale LPG of the Omera Gas One Ltd by establishing LPG refuelling stations and liquefied petroleum gas conversion workshops parallel with the sale of refuelling oil through registered filling stations.
Omera Gas One Ltd will give the companies royalty of 0.50 taka against per litre sale of LPG.
