Reliance One Mutual Fund declares no dividend

The trustee committee of 'Reliance One', the first scheme Reliance Insurance Mutual Fund, has declared 'no dividend' for the year ended on June 30, 2020.

The information was revealed on the website of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) website Monday.

The fund has reported earnings per unit (EPU) of 0.04 taka, net asset value (NAV) per unit at a market price of 10.70 taka, net asset value (NAV) per unit at cost of 10.96 taka and net operating cash flow per share (NOCFPU) of 0.40 taka for the year ended on June 30, 2020, as against 0.89 taka, 13.61 taka, 11.74 taka and 0.96 taka respectively for the same period of the previous year.

There will be no price limit on the trading of the units of the fund on September 15 following its corporate declaration.

However, as per a Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) order issued on March 19, 2020, the floor price shall be applicable accordingly.
