Investors urged to complain to Customer Complaints Module

The Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) authorities have requested investors to complain at the 'Customer Complaint Address Module' for speedy disposal. At the same time, they requested to access this module to know the status of the complaint.

This information has been given in a press release signed by the Deputy General Manager of the DSE Md Shafiqur Rahman.

The notification said Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) has launched an online module called Customer Complaints Address Module (CCAM) on September 30, 2019, to resolve complaints against DSE's track holder companies and listed companies. There is an icon called “Customer Complaint Address Module” on the right side of the homepage of BSEC website www.sec.gov.bd.

That icon has been added to DSE's website www.dsebd.org with Go Quick Links. Investors are requested to access the Customer Complaints Address module for speedy disposal of complaints and immediate status of complaints.
