HC allows Keya Cosmetics to hold AGM

The High Court has cleared the way for Keya Cosmetics Ltd-- a listed company at the stock exchange, to hold its 22nd annual general meeting (AGM).

Sources from the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) confirmed the news to The Business Post.

After a hearing, the court has allowed the company to hold its 22nd AGM for the approval of the shareholders for the financial year ended June 30, 2018.

It is learned that the court has also apologized for the delay to hold the AGM of the company.

However, Keya Cosmetics said it will announce the date, time and venue of the AGM later.
