GSP Finance approves 10.50pc stock dividend

The board of directors and shareholders of GSP Finance Company (Bangladesh) Ltd have approved 10.50 per cent stock dividend instead of earlier declared 6 per cent cash and 4.50 per cent stock dividend for the year ended on December 31, 2019.

The approval came from the company’s 25th annual general meeting (AGM) held Wednesday.

The Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) revealed the information on its website Thursday.

GSP Finance Company (Bangladesh) Ltd earlier recommended 6 per cent cash and 4.50 per cent stock dividend for the year ended on December 31, 2019, but the central bank has approved 10.50 per cent stock dividend for the year.
