Trust Bank to issue Tk 400cr subordinated bond

The board of directors of Trust Bank Ltd has approved to issuance of fully redeemable non-convertible unsecured subordinated bond worth 400 crore taka.

The bond, titled “TBL Fully Redeemable Non-Convertible Unsecured Subordinated Bond-V”, is subject to approval of the regulatory authorities.

The bank will issue the bond in a bid to strengthen the capital base, according to the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) website on Sunday.
