Uttara Bank winds up UB Capital and Investment Ltd

The board of directors of Uttara Bank Ltd has decided to voluntary winding up its subsidiary company - UB Capital and Investment Ltd.

The decision was made as the company has no operation since inception, according to the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) website on Sunday.

However, the decision is subject to compliance of necessary rules and regulations of the relevant regulatory authorities.
