Olympic Industries to buy additional 15 decimals of land in N’ganj

The board of directors of Olympic Industries Ltd has decided to purchase additional 16 decimals of land for total consideration of 60,00,000 lakh taka at the cost of 3,75,000 taka per decimal.

The information was confirmed on the website of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) on Tuesday.

The company will also bear registration charges and other miscellaneous expenses of 6,45,000 taka for purchase of above 16 decimals land.

The land is situated at Mouza-Lolati area under Kanchpur Union in Sonargaon Upazilla of Narayanganj.

The company said that 4.72 decimals of land were found short during measurement after they executed a Deed of Agreement on August 16, 2020 for purchase of 518.56 decimals of land. Therefore, the total actual sale of land is 513.84 decimals.
