RFL approves 23 pc dividend

Rangpur Foundry Ltd (RFL) has approved 23 percent dividend for shareholders for the year 2019-2020.
 
The approval came at the 40th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company on Thursday through a digital platform, said a press release.

Ahsan Khan Chowdhury, Chairman, Rathendra Nath Paul, Managing Director, Sabiha Amjad, Director, Chowdhury Kamruzzaman, Director on behalf Property Development Ltd, Md. Abdus Salam FCA, Independent Director, Choudhury Atiur Rasul, Director (Accounts), Uzma Chowdhury, Director (Finance), Kishor Kumar Debnath, Chief Financial Officer and Muhammad Aminur Rahman FCS, Company Secretary and shareholders' of the company attended the AGM.
 
Shareholders' thanked the management for company's achievements over the years and made valuable suggestions for improvement in running the business in the company upcoming days.
