Belarus invites aviation groups to look into diversion incident

Belarus said Tuesday it had invited international aviation groups to study the circumstances of a Ryanair flight diversion over Belarusian airspace due to what it said was a bomb threat.

The transport ministry's aviation department said in a statement that representatives of agencies including the International Civil Aviation Organization were invited for "further consideration of the circumstances".
