Hasina greets Modi on his birthday

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has greeted her Indian counterpart Narendra Modi on his birthday.

Bangladesh High Commission officials in New Delhi handed over a bouquet on behalf of the prime minister on Friday, said the mission.

Modi, serving his second consecutive term as the premier of India, turned 71 on Friday.

He received birthday wishes from Indian President Ram Nath Kovind, politicians, leaders of Bharatiya Janata Party, and other dignitaries.
