Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Leader, Amir Liaquat Hussain has recently claimed that Imran Khan attempted to sack the Pakistan Army Chief Qamar Javed Bajwa and the PTI leader was a witness to it.

In a video message which went viral on social media, he said the prime minister discussed the matter with him and the PM said, "I am going to remove COAS Qamar Javed Bajwa," The News reported.

He also claimed that he knew a lot of secrets and it would create a rumpus if he made them public.

An alleged 'threat letter' claimed by PM Khan was written by Asad Qaiser. Shah Mehmood Qureshi was also involved in the scheme. However, Amir Liaquat denied the existence of any threat letter.

He also warned President Arif Alvi to refrain from issuing baseless directives from the Presidency.
