The 46-member Bangladeshi rescue team has arrived in Turkey to assist with the search and rescue efforts being conducted there following the earthquake that occurred on Monday.
According to a press release issued by the Fire Service and Civil Defense on Friday morning, the crew arrived at Adana Airport after departing Bangladesh on Wednesday night. From there the 46-member crew left by bus to Adiyaman, around 350 km away.
The team consists of 12 firefighters, 10 medical specialists, and 24 Bangladesh Army members.
