Dhallywood King Khan famed actor Shakib Khan and Indian actress Mimi Chakraborty starrer "Toofan" has officially released the teaser for its first song, titled "Lage Ura Dhura". The item song showcases the electrifying chemistry between the two silver screen stars.
The item song has been voiced by popular singer Pritom Hasan, who brings his signature upbeat music to the track.
Chorki has yet to unveil the full song on their YouTube and Facebook channels. However, the teaser has already received 1,53,898 views on YouTube and created a buzz on social media within 6 hours of its release.
The teaser of the film suggests a plot that explores the life of an underworld mafia leader determined to take over the country. Shakib Khan will be seen playing the role of a gangster from the 90s.
Directed by Raihan Rafi, the film is supposed to be released on Eid-ul-Azha. The film also stars Chanchal Chowdhury, Masooma Nabila, Jisshu Sengupta, and others.
In an interview, director Rafi said that "Toofan" is a film that will "introduce Bengali cinema to the world in a new way." He said that the film is a "dream project" for him and that he is grateful to have Shakib Khan on board.
"'Toofan' will be a game-changer for the Bengali film industry. This film will raise the bar for Bengali cinema," he added.
