Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) and Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE) have shortened their trading hours by two and a half hours in view of the nationwide lockdown to be imposed from Monday in the wake of the rising COVID-19 cases.
From Monday, both the bourses will operate from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm, instead of the usual 10:00 am to 2:30 pm.
Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) confirmed the matter on Sunday.
