Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) fell deeper into red terrain on Monday.
At the end of the day’s trade, the benchmark DSEX index shed 87.39 points or 1.38 per cent to 6,216.

Shariah-based DSES index lost 16.61 points or 1.20 per cent to 1,359, while the blue-chip index DS30 decreased 31.72 points or 1.39 per cent to 2,235.
The DSE turnover stood at Tk 514 crore.

Of the issues traded, 12 advanced, 358 declined, and 12 remained unchanged.
