Dhaka stocks rebounded amid volatility on Thursday, reversing from the previous session's sharp decline.
At the end of the day’s trading, the benchmark DSEX index gained 32 points or 0.46 per cent to close at 6,984.
Shariah-based DSES index added 8 points or 0.57 per cent to 1,475 while the blue-chip index DS30 rose 11 points or 0.42 per cent to 2,632.
The DSE turnover stood at Tk 1,043 crore.
Of the issues traded, 214 advanced, 106 declined, and 57 remained unchanged.
