Jagannath University Career Club (JnUCC) organised an “Orientation” programme for new members of the Leadership Development Programme (LDP) 2024 at Shaheed Sajid Academic Bhaban on Saturday.
Alumni of the club were present as guests. The present alumnus reminisced about their experiences at the club. Besides, they discussed the corporate sector, banking sector and civil sector and shared their experience and gave different career advice to the new members of the club.
The club President Shafkatul Azam said, “Besides academic studies, to keep students one step ahead, JnUCC was established.
LDP is a member recruitment programme of the club where fresh students are supervised to develop themselves as future leaders through various curriculums and skill training step by step over year,” he added.
LDP is a membership recruitment programme of JnUCC. As many as 90 people have been recruited into the programme this year as the club's special membership management trainees after screening at various stages from numerous applicants.
Recruits under the LDP programme are given step-by-step training in various skills over one year so that they can develop themselves as qualified candidates in the competitive job market of the 21st century.
